1. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, Product availability, errors in pricing or Product description, or issues with your payment verification. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or provide you with the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price.

2. Product Descriptions and Characteristics

Our vases and décor items are often handmade or incorporate natural materials. Variations in color, glaze, size (within a reasonable margin), texture, and shape are intrinsic characteristics of artisan and natural products and are not considered defects. Website photography is for representational purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. It is your responsibility to carefully review all provided Product dimensions (height, width, opening diameter) and material descriptions (e.g., ceramic, glass, stoneware) before purchasing. Returns due to incorrect perception of size are subject to our standard Return Policy.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for the Products you purchase passes to you upon our release of the item to the shipping carrier for delivery. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays in transit once the Product has been handed to the carrier.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

A. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be:

• Unused, in pristine, undamaged, and resalable condition.
• Returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s box with all original internal cushioning, padding, and protective materials.
• Securely packaged for shipment to prevent damage in transit.

B. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE:

• Custom-made, personalized, monogrammed, or commissioned vases.
• Any items clearly marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is.”

C. Return Process & Inspection

1. Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the Product securely as specified above, include the RA number, and ship it to our warehouse.
3. Upon receipt, our warehouse will inspect the Product. Any chips, cracks, scratches, water marks, dust from use, or damage due to insufficient packaging will result in a refused return or a substantial restocking/damage fee (up to 100% of the Product value).

D. Refund Processing Timelines

• Standard Refunds: For approved returns, monetary refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a minimum of 14 business days from our warehouse’s receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
• PayPal Refunds: For refunds processed via PayPal, funds will typically appear in your account within 14 days. Important Notice: In some jurisdictions, PayPal’s own policies or local financial regulations may require a refund processing period of up to 30 days for PayPal transactions.

5. Immediate Inspection for Damage

You must inspect the shipping box and the Product itself immediately upon delivery. To report shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, you must contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of both the damage/defect and the original packaging. Reports filed after this 48-hour window cannot be accepted.

6. Product Use, Care, and Disclaimer

Our vases are decorative and functional items. You assume all risk associated with their use, display, and care. We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use, incorrect cleaning methods (including dishwasher use unless specified), thermal shock (e.g., pouring boiling water into a cold vase), incorrect filling, or accidental breakage.

7. User Accounts, Passwords, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address for all orders.

8. Prohibited Uses
